Established on March 26, 2008, it is a volunteer activity organization recognized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government as a non-profit organization (NPO).

By providing free Japanese good books to educational institutions such as universities and libraries overseas, educators, politicians, religious people, etc., we will introduce and spread the good culture and spirit of Japan to foreign countries. , The aim is to create opportunities for mutual exchange and thus contribute to the realization of a wonderful society backed by international mutual understanding and international peace.
